Returns & Exchanges Policy

 

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your item(s):

 

 

1. What if I need to replace the product Size?

If the size you ordered doesn’t fit you, simply,
Pack the product in its original package with accompanying tags.
You will be required to ship/deliver the packet to our office address
Once we receive the product, we will send the new size
Please note that this process may take 2-4 working days after receiving your returned products.

2. What if I wish to exchange the product with other product(s)?

If you don’t like the product you ordered and wish to exchange it for other product or products, simply
Pack the product in its original package with accompanying tags.
You will be required to ship/deliver the packet to our office address
Once we receive the product, we will send the new products
Please note that this process may take 2-4 working days after receiving your returned products.

Return Policy:

1. What if I wish to return my product?

If you find your product unsatisfactory and wish to get refund, simply
send/courier us the product at our Faisalabad Office.
Once we receive the product and confirmed that the product is unused we will refund your all amount without any deduction.

2.How will I get My refund?

we can transfer you the amount By Jazz Cash or Bank Transfer

please note that this process take 15-20 working days.
